Since purchasing her first property in early 2000, Kelly has always had a keen interest in property and real estate. After 20 years working in injury management/ coordinator roles in Sydney, Kelly moved to QLD and was offered an exciting opportunity to start her career in real estate. Kelly obtained her full real estate QLD licence and ran her own onsite property management business for 5 years, managing 100+ townhouses in complexes in the North Brisbane region. She was quick to identify and apply similar principles and work practices in injury management, and apply these to the needs of property management. Kelly prides herself on open communication and ensuring that all parties involved in property management are “on the same page”. Kelly strongly believes that the key to success is to develop strong relationships with mutual respect and understanding, ensuring the needs of every property, tenant and landlord are met. Kelly is excited to have recently joined the Innov8 property management team and looking forward to developing and nurturing new relationships.
