Michael Spillane was one of three agents we invited to appraise our home, of the three Michael was at least 5 steps ahead of the others, his attention to detail and presentation of his skills was very impressive. Michael and Tina ( the selling agent) have the ability to talk to you and listen to whatever you have to say this without being bored!! This attribute is very helpful in easing any stress you might have. Michael and Tina always left their cars on the road, a small gesture that we found to be quite respectful in that their presence in the property was kept to a minimum.
